The Group announces changes in the Group Executive Committee
Bobst Group communicates changes at the head of its two business units:

• After more than 10 years of dedicated service in Bobst Group’s Executive Committee, supporting the Group transformation and 2025 ambitions and leading his teams with passion and professionalism, Stephan März, Head of Business Unit Printing & Converting, has decided to leave the company to re-focus his activities on business outside of BOBST in the coming months.
  
  Effective January 1, 2022,
  Alain Berger
  Currently Head of Product Line Hot Foil Stamping, Die-Cutting, Folding-Gluing and Litho-Laminating, Mr. Alain Berger, a 50-year-old Swiss national will succeed Stephan März at the head of Business Unit Printing & Converting.

• For more than 8 years, Julien Laran, Head of Business Unit Services & Performance, contributed to the development of his teams and of the Business Unit with dedication and professionalism. He has decided to leave BOBST to join another company as CEO and shareholder.
  
  Effective January 1, 2022,
  Raphaël Indermühle
  Currently head of Sales Business Unit Printing & Converting, Mr. Raphaël Indermühle, a 55-year-old Swiss national will succeed Julien Laran at the head of the Business Unit Services & Performance.
   

Both Stephan and Julien will leave a great legacy behind them as they have very much contributed over the last years in building and transforming BOBST Services, making it a worldwide reference. While supporting the Group transformation, they also played a strong part in achieving the company’s financial results and its overall success. We wish them the best in their new endeavors.
